I am genuinely “proud” of this recent achievement, an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a brand-new accreditation from the governing body that sets the gold standard in coaching.

The process was rigorous, the bar was set high, and I was honored to be part of the pilot program, and also to help finalize the certification exam (along with some impressively qualified and experienced peers from around the globe). As with all other ICF designations, I am sure ACTC will become increasingly important for those working in the field and all those who we serve. Thank you, ICF, for all the excellent work you do in supporting the coaching profession, ensuring that the highest professional standards are in place and practiced.
