Jeff Foster describes the reality that in the present moment, there are no problems-only a situation that requires our response, or lack of a response. The concept of a ‘problem’ is only a construct of the rational mind that doesn’t have enough awareness of the larger reality to properly assess what is. We simply don’t know enough to make judgments, especially negative ones!
“All your problems are just thoughts – and thoughts are not a problem. Remembering who you really are is a subtle shift of attention. From a tense present to the present tense.”
